Call for abstract

We invite you to participate with your professional contributions. Abstracts can be submitted in German or English.

 Presentation form

Lecture: 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion
Workshop: 60 minutes
Poster: 5 minutes presentation

Depending on the number of submissions, one to three prizes will be awarded for the best posters and the best abstracts.

Topic: Please classify the abstract into one of the following topics or submit it as a free contribution:
– Supporting factors in society
– Innovations outside traditional care
– Approaches for young people
– Visions for the future
– Free contribution

Name and surname of the authors, places of work / institution (underscore the name of the presenting person)

Contact address: Only one name, address, country, phone and e-mail

The abstract is limited to 250 words and will be evaluated anonymously by the Scientific Board. Contributions can report on original research, project development, project evaluation, practical applications, innovative projects in practice, or theoretical foundations.

Please submit your abstract no later than January 18th, 2026, by filling out our electronic form or by Email a MS Word document to:  Melina Hasler, research assistance, Bern University of Applied Science.

You will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your abstract no later than the end of February 2026. Your abstract will be included in the final program as soon as you register for the conference. For presenters (one person per paper), the conference fee is CHF 240. We kindly ask you to register for the congress only after your paper has been accepted or rejected. Attendance at the congress is guaranteed for all participants who have submitted an abstract.
