Carsten Sommerfeldt is the initiator, trainer, and driving force behind the Shared Reading® movement in the German-speaking world. After many years as a literary mediator in the publishing industry, he introduced the Shared Reading® method from the UK to the D|A|CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) — as a powerful tool for personal development, social connection, and mental health. Through the non-profit organization Shared Reading gGmbH, he and his team contribute to sustainable projects and cross-sector networks in the fields of education, health, business, and culture.
