Martijn Kole has extensive lived experience with suffering from psychiatric challenges and recovering from them. As the founder of Enik Recovery College he is promoting peer support and self-help in the Netherlands and abroad. Enik Recovery College is a 100% peer run, self-help, peer support environment in the Netherlands.

He is also one of the initiators of Peer supported Open Dialogue in the Netherlands and works as a teacher and practitioner of Open Dialogue in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

As a consultant he helps organisations change their approach and implement peer support services.
